Hi everyone. We’re emerging from hibernation because this piece of trash Tommy Allen has made himself enough of a problem that people keep asking us about him and he needs to be addressed.

If you’re not familiar with Tommy, he’s the insufferable, transphobic, racist, boot-licking chud livestreamer who regularly provoked violence at the ICE building protests from early summer until late 2025. Currently, he is no longer allowed near the ICE facility after catching assault charges there. Since he has over 40k Twitter followers at this point, and makes a significant income from donations, he needed to find new places to instigate.
This year, he’s been regularly showing up to community events, such as the Labor Against ICE rally at the South Waterfront in January and the recent Crimethinc event in Northeast Portland, as well as high school and college campuses trying to pick fights so he can grift more donations from his followers. He and his weird subservient sidekick Brian Veach (aka “Tinkerton”) regularly mace people and get into physical altercations.
This man posts literally everything on online – even his Ls – trying to further his grift. Tommy has claimed on his Twitter that folks have beat him up multiple times, bear sprayed him, slashed his tires, put a tracker on his car, flyered his neighborhood, and sprayed deer urine in his window. We love to see it, but apparently it hasn’t been enough for him to call it quits. He doesn’t have a real job and will make a career out of monetizing his harassment of our community as long as his donations outweigh the consequences. Content is content, after all.
Gotta keep going, until he gets tired.
To his own detriment, Tommy talks way too much. For example his tweet about deer urine allegedly being sprayed into his apartment states:
“They put so fucking much through the window! We had a board up that we used for our ac unit and they sprayed it through that! It was everywhere!”
He lives on the first floor with all his windows along a public sidewalk, yet still chose to announce online that he relies on a portable AC unit through which anyone can dump whatever liquid into his apartment. This is what happens when you let your brain turn into cottage cheese.
The Hill Park Apartments where he lives is Section 8 housing managed by Central City Concern, and Tommy does not fully disclose his donations in order to stay under the income limit. There is a waitlist for these apartments, which are subsidized with our tax dollars and meant to help people living on the street get into housing.
Public housing authorities are notoriously punitive and regularly evict entire households based on the arrest of one person for minor drug charges in the name of “community safety.” Yet Tommy is allowed to remain in one of these units, while near-daily he seeks out community events to agitate and commit assaults.
Many thanks to the people who brought this to our attention. A flyer has been circulating asking folks to contact both the city and CCC about this situation, which you should do once you finish reading.
Finally, despite falling pretty squarely into the Trump-fawning “patriot” milieu, lately there’s been some Nazi leanings that we’d be remiss not to mention. First there’s a Twitter post he made earlier this month promoting the clip from American History X where Edward Norton’s character delivers a racist speech to his fellow Nazis. In another post a few days ago, he reposted a video from the National Socialist Party of America (the literal, capital-N Nazis), a montage of racist propaganda with audio of a song that has become a Nazi anthem.
Tommy has also been spotted wearing a Hammerz Down shirt. Hammerz Down is a PDX band led by David Patrick Kennedy, the founder of the Nazi prison gang European Kindred which is known for racist murders, selling meth, dog fighting, etc. You can read more about David and EK in this article.
David has claimed since as early as 2007 that his Nazi past is behind him, but this is dubious. Nazis and EK members still attend Hammerz Down shows, and David is known to run in Gypsy Joker circles as well. In conclusion, Tommy Allen is a piece of shit and must be directly opposed wherever and whenever he shows he shows his face. The reason Proud Boys and Nazi groups no longer rally in PDX is because our community imposed such tangible consequences for them that continuing with their behavior became untenable. Let’s bring back that energy. The longer Tommy is allowed to carry on with his behavior, the more emboldened he and other chuds will become, and the harder it will be to fight back.
